Pam has worked in Early Childhood Education and care for many years. She is passionate about the amazing possibilities of children’s play and believes the learning afforded by a kindergarten curriculum can be life long as it is all built around the children’s interests and ideas.

Mel has worked in childcare and education for over 20 years, supporting the community’s youngest minds in local Child Care centres and as a private Nanny. Mel returned to Bellbowrie Kindergarten when her own daughters were old enough to begin their education there and found herself working alongside the same kindy teacher that taught her 30 years earlier.
“I believe children are only who they are because of the way in which we approach and interact with them. Through the love, guidance and understanding that we show these small minds, they develop and enhance their own ability to do, and be, whatever it is they desire.”
Fiona began teaching at Bellbowrie Kindergarten in 2012 after many years at two other local childcare centres. Prior to entering childcare, she enjoyed 10 years as a high school Home Economics/Hospitality teacher. Fiona moved into Early Childhood education after experiencing the happy and fun environments of C & K Kindergartens with her own 3 children.
“The play based program offered at Kindergarten is a great start to a child’s formal education. Encouraging children to explore, discover and create new things every day is a joy.”
Sue began her involvement with Bellbowrie Kindy in 2001 as a member of the management committee. She returns to Kindy with experience in small business and qualifications in business administration and bookkeeping, together with many years of experience volunteering with not for profit associations.
“I love seeing the children being encouraged to experiment, explore and learn in an such a nurturing environment. It is a wonderful place and time for children to just be children.”
Amy has over a decade of experience in early childhood education and has worked across a range of settings from birth to school age. She enjoys working with children who have additional needs and supports their unique developmental needs beautifully.
“I enjoy interacting with children and always support their ideas and individual creativity in their play. I love to watch them grow into their own special and unique person!”
